I have a great fear when taking any dog of mine in for surgery and having the vet ‘accidentally’ spay or neuter them. Granted… I usually say something specific to the vet tech when I hand them over, but it doesn’t mean it can’t happen.
First thing I had Mark do when we got Dash back this afternoon was to check to see if Dash still had his boy dog bits… and he did.
However… they included a neuter certificate with the go home paperwork.
Dash is getting de-barked today! We’ll be heading to the vet shortly.
I am beyond excited!
I wonder if they can insert a couple of brain cells at the same time? It would be certainly more than he currently has!

This weekend the local Papillion club hosted a handling seminar with Doug Holloway (sporting group judge and George Alston protegee). Us boys, Leo E. and I, went. The girls were supposed to join us as observers but they bugged out to play with puppies (poop heads!) so we were on our own.

And there’s something that came with her. Seriously, can I say no to a blue puppy? And since she’s a ‘baby butter’ I’ve named her “Shea”… as in Shea Butter. Registered name Coedwig’s Sensation (story for another day we’re tired puppies!)
Ana is on day 13 (that would be the drooling, dazed, squeekie day for Dash)…
